I had been interested in purchasing the Mackintosh clock for some time so had been carrying out regular google searches to see if any suppliers were offering a good deal. Despite searching for a couple of months, I don't recall Glenbryde ever appearing in the search results until last week when you were featured on the Twenga website.  
I have been very impressed with the service so far with good communication or your part. I am also impressed that we had the opportunity to receive the clock as early as Wed of this week (although we had to decline this date due to other commitments).

Many thanks for your time, patience, and willingness to answer all my questions when I visited the shop and decided to purchase the clock. Your professional knowledge and attention to detail was very reassuring and I must mention the careful packing of the clock which allowed me to safely transport the clock back to Aberdeenshire via Glenshee and Braemar. Since setting the clock up only a very small adjustment to raise the pendulum bob has been required to keep excellent time - now accurate to within 10 seconds per week.
