Twin Fusee bracket clock made by Robert Green of Edinburgh (1781-1834). Ebonised case with brass case work and brass fret work to the sides. The high quality 8 day Fusee mechanism strikes the hours on a bell and it retains it's original anchor escapment. The makers name is inscribed on the mechanism back plate and on the silver dial. The glass back door allows viewing of the mechanism.
