The Masterpiece 2026, limited and numbered to a total of 25 pieces, is the latest precision
pendulum clock from Hermle.
The heart of this monthly-running clock is the W7761-800114 movement, which achieves
exceptional precision thanks to the high-quality workmanship and the use of first-class materials. The integrated, hand-painted moon phase with its constantly moving gear train, stands out from ordinary step-shift moon phases by achieving an accuracy of one day‘s deviation within 100 years.
The appearance of the Masterpiece is characterized by an open worked dial that provides a
glimpse of the precise Graham escapement consisting of high-quality ruby pallets and a gold-
plated escape wheel. Together with a temperature-compensated pendulum disc weighing
over 4 kg, a hand-polished Invar pendulum rod and a Huygenic runner for the smallest gear
adjustments, this precision pendulum mechanism achieves an accuracy of 1-5 seconds per
month, depending on the location!
Thanks to its very high material density in combination with a deflection roller, the tungsten
weight manages to achieve a balance between a modern, minimalist appearance and the
necessary driving force of 2 kg for a running time of 31 days.
The special design of the case, which uses a frameless glass door, creates ideal conditions for
a clear and unobstructed view of the impressive mechanics without any distracting
reflections.
In addition, the two-layer dial fascinates with its remarkable depth effect (3-dimensions),
contemporary hands and artistic engraving and hand-painted moon disc. The winding key and
other useful accessories are stored separately from the case in a high-quality wooden box.
